What exactly can be personalized?
It depends on the product. Sunglasses take names, roles, dates, or short phrases. Pouches and cases can take a name plus an image, a font choice, and color choices. Each product page here lists the exact questions its Etsy listing will ask.
How do I get my wording to you?
Through Etsy's personalization box at checkout. Use the Copy design notes button on any product page here, then paste the notes into that box so nothing gets lost.
Is the on-site preview what I will receive?
The preview is approximate. It shows how the engraved name looks on the lens, not the final artwork. Your exact name and frame color are confirmed through the Etsy listing.
Why does the price say 'See price on Etsy'?
Because Etsy is the point of sale, prices and availability can change there at any time. Rather than show a stale number, each product links straight to its live Etsy listing.
Do you make kids' sizes?
Yes. Kid-sized frames run from about age 2 up, and each kids' listing states its age range and measurements.
What strengths do the crystal readers come in?
From +1.00 to +3.00 depending on the style. The Crystal Readers page filters by strength.
Can I order for a whole team or event?
Yes. Bulk & Custom collects the logo and quantity listings, and you can mix names across one order. Message the shop on Etsy for anything the listings do not cover.
Where do shipping and returns live?
On Etsy. Each listing shows its current processing time, shipping options, and return policy, and Etsy handles payment protection and order messages.
